Our work will be centered around successfully communicating with homeowners, tenants, code enforcement, contractors, vendors, home owners association, condo associations, etc.
Once a tenant is approved, the first month’s rent is retained as a commission paid to UBAR Realty Inc. and any co-broker involved in the transaction. Management fees are charged on a monthly basis at 10% of the rent with a minimum of $100.
All fees are charged when the rent is collected from the tenant (no charge if the property is vacant). Our objective is to keep the property occupied at all times.
